I built a coffee table the other day for our living room and it’s wayyyyyyy to big.
I knew it was large when I was fabricating it, but I didn’t think that it was going to be too tall. Overall my cost of materials was still under $15, so I don’t feel that bad about making an XL coffee table.
If our couches, which are just place holders till we get a nice sectional, were taller it wouldn’t look so weird.
Oh well.
I welded the 1” square tubing my self and then cut, routed, and stained a piece of 9 ply birch plywood that I found in some old scrap. I still like the simple design.
Anyone want me to make them a custom piece of furniture? I can make some really great patio furniture!
