For some odd reason we don’t have a porch light at our apartment. In fact, we don’t have any overhead lighting in our whole apartment. Anyways, I bought a little old style camping lantern thingy at Wal-Mart for $4.75. And, instead of using kerosene, I can just use citronella oil. Wal-Mart is also selling replacement wicks too.
Way to go Wal-Mart, I guess.
I don’t think we plan on using this every night, but it will be nice for entertaining. And, we’re not using any electricity. And, Citronella oil keeps insects away. Win, win, win.
