Went absolutely painting crazy last night.  Lately, I’ve been waking up every morning with paintings in my brain; not complete paintings necassarily, but starting points.  Maybe it’s because I had a relaxing, reviving weekend, where I was able to pause for a minute and ponder the two-dimensional world.  Or perhaps it’s because I’ve been doing so many applied arts projects (xmas trees, furniture for the house, etc…).  It’s like I’ve had painting chicken pox for the last couple weeks, and I’ve been holding off scratching, and then finally gave in and went crazy.  Anyways, new stuff afoot…

Finally making use of all that “oops paint” I’ve been collecting…

And, looking forward to doing some Van screen prints…
