Coffee Table Project Update
Measure twice, cut once. Or, measure once, cut once. This is what happens when I weld up a frame without measuring the wood slab first – “I think it’s about 20 inches wide” – wrong. Well, at least I have a base to work on another coffee table project…

New desk (recycled coffee table)
Simple desk solution. Add longer legs to an already existing coffee table. We need a desk, but we don’t exactly have the cash on hand to buy one (this week). So I added 11 inches onto the bottom of our previous coffee table. I think it works, for now at least.

Plant Stand (with plants)
The plant stand now has plants! And the metal has a nice rust color. I found out that if you spray vinegar on exposed metal it will help it rust faster. When the metal reached the desired color I sprayed it with some clear coat. Pretty neato.
